Heather E. Greaves, M.S.
Heather
graduated
from University of California at Davis in 1994 with a bachelor's in Agricultural Science
and Management. Since then she has attended University of Florida
and earned a
master's of science specializing in equine reproductive physiology. During her
graduate career she was invited to speak at the annual University of Florida Breeding
Management Short Course, the Society for the Study of Reproduction meetings and the
International Symposium on Equine Reproduction held in Pretoria, South Africa in 1998.
Following her master's program, Heather managed the endocrine laboratory at
Equitech Laboratories for 8 months before leaving
to form and launch EquiGen with business partner Dr.
Vasiliki Meisenburg. Currently, Heather manages EquiGen's embryo
transfer recipient mare herd.
