Embryo Transfer Policies

     Early Embryo Transfer - March 1st-April 15th

                  *Contracts due November 1st of previous year.

     Natural Embryo Transfer - April 15th- September 15th

                  *Contracts available on first-come, first-serve basis.

                  *Signed contract/deposit needed prior to breeding donor mare.

     Notify EquiGen when:

                  *donor mare begins heat cycle

                  *donor mare ovulates

                  *If shipping embryo, call EquiGen with flight information/airbill number.

     Shipped Embryos

                  *Arrange shipment prior to day of  ET flush.

                  *Preferred arrival at Gainesville Regional Airport.

                  *Other airports will incur costly courier fees.

                  *Establish airport schedules prior to shipment to avoid delays.

                  *Recommended time in shipment is 12 hours total.

                  *Call EquiGen with flight information and airbill number.
